Have you ever realised how often women say sorry?
We apologise all the time, even when we're not in the wrong.
How often do men say sorry?
Not that often.
So why should we be sorry when they aren't?
Take notice of how often you apologise. At least half of the time I bet you're apologising for something that's not your fault.
I've stopped doing that. I'm not sorry for existing. I'm not sorry when someone walks in front of me. I'm not sorry if someone gets in my way. I'm not even sorry when I get in someone else's way.
I'm worthy, I'm important, I don't need to apologise for holding space. Neither do you.
