A'kin Jojo and Corn Gentle Exfoliating Facial Scrub

I have a new favorite face scrub. That might not sound like anything amazing, but when I tell you that for at least 10 years my favorite face scrub has been a Dr LeWinn's one you'll realise that it is amazing. I've used and loved my Dr LeWinn's face scrub for so long and nothing has even come close to it, so you can imagine my surprise at discovering a new favorite. And in case you're wondering what my new favorite is (if you hadn't figured it out from the picture and title), it's A'kin's Gentle Exfoliating Facial Scrub.

A'kin says: Gentle Exfoliating Facial Scrub gently refines skin texture by using jojoba and corn beads to help clear away sallow dead skin cells, leaving it silky smooth. Enriched with soothing witch hazel and vitamin b5 it prepares your skin to receive the maximum benefits from your A'kin moisturiser.

You might be wondering why I love this scrub so much? Well I'll tell you. It effectively exfoliates my skin without irritating it. My skin can be sensitive at times, especially with face scrubs. I find that I have to be very careful as scrubs that are too rough irritate my skin leaving it red and sore. I need a scrub with fine granules that are round and not rough. Scrubs like that are quite difficult to find. When I manage to find a scrub gentle enough not to irritate my skin it often doesn't exfoliate well.

A'kin's Gentle Exfoliating Facial Scrub fits all of my requirements. It exfoliates gently and effectively with no irritation to my skin. The exfoliating bits are tiny and smooth so they don't scratch. I've been using this scrub for about six weeks now and haven't had any irritation at all. As an added bonus, A'kin is an Australian company, the products are made in the blue mountains of Australia, they're natural and don't contain any nasty chemicals

Would I buy this? Yes, it's my new favourite face scrub!
