MAC Satin Taupe Eye Shadow

I can't believe it took me so long to buy MAC's Satin Taupe eye shadow. It's a beautiful colour and one that I should have bought years ago. MAC describe this as a taupe brown with silvery bronze shimmer. It's a Frost formula.
I've been wearing this nearly every day since I bought it. I use it as an all over wash, as a crease colour and as an eye liner.
Satin Taupe is a cool, shimmery taupe. The texture feels soft and creamy. It's lovely to apply, goes on smoothly and doesn't crease. This is one of my no fail colours, I know that it will always look good and it's easy to use.

Would I buy it again? Yes, it's a beautiful, versatile colour.

  1. I loved it in the pot, but it turned muddy and bruisy on me. On my sister, it's WOW!

  3. Hello! I also want to try this shade but I'm kind of hesitant because a lot of people say that it is close to wet n' wild's nutty. Are they?

    1. We don't have wet n' wild here in Australia so I'm not sure, sorry.
